Added reply in a thread How Do I Legally Have A Moto Track On My Property? 12/28/2020 12:53 PM

"Legal" is a relative term. Important things to consider before buying: 1) Neighbors 2) Zoning law as it pertains to environmental protections, if any. This is where you'll get hefty fines. For example: my brother's property is on land still considered ... more »

The fact that Keefer said the GasGas 250 motor felt stronger tells you everything you need to know about "bike tests."

Your use of a period to convey dramatic pause has influenced me to completely change my position on knee braces. I just placed an order for Asterisks comprised of newly advanced technologies that won't break my femur. I cannot wait to not break a femur. ... more »

I didn't read all the posts here... my concern has always been breaking a femur. My buddy did chest compressions on someone in Southern Baja who died from a broken femur. A friend was life-flighted out of the desert with a broken femur. I wouldn't dismiss ... more »

All you need is a good set of knee pads. EVS and Leatt make a great, well protected knee brace that won't cause unintended consequence. Read some science if you're bored: https://www.hindawi.com/journals/crior/2018/1498541/ I'm of the camp that if you're ... more »

Added reply in a thread Southern California used to have lots of Motocross tracks 12/15/2020 11:21 AM

I bought a brand new 1999 CR250 and rode it for the first time at Little Okie. Rusty Holland rode by my truck and gave me a thumbs up and I thought it was the coolest damn thing ever.

Added reply in a thread Who is running TBT racing suspension? reviews? 12/14/2020 7:46 AM

I've been very happy with my TBT tuned Beta suspension. Travis has always been willing to help fine tune my suspension when I see him at the track, even two years after he initially did the valving.

Added reply in a thread Car + Moto van vs nice truck for commuter/weekend warrior Dad? 11/20/2020 7:56 AM

Just a thought, but you could always stick with a truck and, you know, slow down a bit to preserve the brakes and tires. Getting to the red light first doesn't make you a winner.
