Leaving for Namur within a few days,

and we were all set but I just got a call from my British mate Matt with some bad news about the Hotel in Namur.

Due to the heavy rain, the place was flooded and they cancelled all reservations. With the city completely booked, for me and my brother there is nothing left to do then to sleep in the company van.It’s not too bad though, we used to do this all the time. It’s good fun and the weather forecast looks great.

We will arrive in Namur Friday afternoon, park the van somewhere in the city, get the bikes out and ride up to the Citadelle. Spend the day there, race down again, have diner with the guys and go out for a few beers. Might be a bit of a problem to find the van again after the beer drinking but we always managed sofar.On Saturday morning we wake up and repeat the routine and Sunday will look similar. Sounds boring huh?

Well, not exactly. The Namur GP is great and as a true MX fan you should have heard about the place. If you ever get a chance to visit this magical GP race, do it. It’s worth it.
