BEL-RAY SPONSORED RACERS KEN ROCZEN AND BROC TICKLE COMMAND THE PODIUM AT AMA PRO MOTOCROSS TENNESSEE NATIONAL

FARMINGDALE, N.J. (June 28, 2016) – Bel-Ray sponsored racers Ken Roczen and Broc Tickle of RCH Soaring Eagle/Jimmy Johns/Suzuki Factory Racing secured first and third place in 450MX at the AMA Pro Motocross Tennessee National on June 25.

Roczen captured another victory for the second straight week claiming his fourth overall win of the 2016 championship and 11th of his career. After winning both motos at the Tennessee course, he boosted his overall points lead for the season to 47.

“For me it doesn’t matter if I win by 20 seconds or a half-second,” said Roczen. “A win is a win for me. Even though he’s been fighting hard, I was able to keep him behind me. That’s really all I care about and all that matters. We’re safe so I would say it was another awesome weekend for me, obviously going 1-1.”

Tickle gave his best performance of the 2016 AMA Pro Motocross season at Tennessee. After finishing sixth in the first moto, he was able to snag the holeshot in the second moto to secure a third place finish. His 6-3 finish allowed him to end the day on the podium in third place. Tickle remains seventh in overall rider points.

“Obviously, I’ve been working hard and I haven’t had an overall podium since 2012 so it’s been a long time coming,” said Tickle. “The class is stacked right now so I can’t take anything away from anyone else. I felt awesome. I feel like I’ve been gaining momentum since I came back from being hurt during Supercross.”
