I bought the biggest Fly bag about 3 years ago. Fits all my stuff pretty easily and didn’t cost a fortune. Fly Roller Grande
Lots of tracks I ride have mulch and saw dust mixed in. One place I used to ride before it closed used to use the neighbors horse stall muck to till into the dirt. Smelled awful if you went down in some spots, but the dirt was really nice. A pic from
I saw that in person one day. It was one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen done on a track. I don’t know if it’s 160’ in that video, but it’s definitely a really big jump considering where that is on the track.
Thanks! I really like the redesign as well. I would love to upgrade the appearance a bit with some wheels, but I’m trying to buy another motorcycle so it’s gonna have steelies for a while. They also did a really good job on the drivetrain of this in ... more »
I got a 2022 Frontier back in January. Pretty great truck so far. Really like the power and size. It seems a little smaller overall than my 2015 Tacoma was.
21 YZ250F Pros: great handling, suspension, and power. The tuning app is very cool as well. Cons: it’s loud, and I don’t get to ride it often.
Yeah, Hymas had some serious whoop speed.
Wait until you get married and have a kid. I put 14 hours on my bike last year.

I came close to buying one last year but it was only about a $700 savings over a 21 YZ250F. At that point it just didn’t seem worth it. $2k less and I probably would have gone yellow instead of blue.
Thanks for that. Might have to go 6x10 then.
I’ve been thinking about a 5x8 V nose to pull behind my Frontier. Will they fit three big bikes if one is backwards?
The program has been a dumpster fire for years. Every once in a while there’s a glimmer of hope that it will be better. Tonight it was pretty damn great because we could just watch the race.
The 2010-2013 YZ250F was a fantastic bike. Even if it still had a carburetor. The suspension and handling on those were top notch with a bulletproof engine. If I found a good deal on a nice low hour one, I’d probably buy it.
Those look nice. Might have to try a pair out next season.
Definitely see if you can ride one before buying. But every time I traded bikes with someone who wanted to ride my KX450, I always thought the 250Fs were just overall easier to ride and weren’t holding me back from clearing whatever obstacles there were ... more »
Yeah living in the mid Atlantic area we never really stop riding in the winter. I’ve ridden Tomahawk when it was snowing. You just throw on a pair of insulated gloves, neck gator, and a flannel long sleeve and enjoy the ride.
If it’s a Nissin master cylinder, Pro-X makes a really good rebuild kit that’s cheap and easy to get at Rocky Mountain.
I don’t live in NJ, but I can confirm Budds Creek and Tomahawk are excellent places to ride. I hope you like deep tracks that get very rough quickly. Tomahawk could be a pro national track if it weren’t for the roads in and out of there being so sketchy. ... more »
I don’t know if I am actually faster. I feel faster, and I definitely think my cornering has improved because I can’t be as lazy on the 250F. Lap times really had nothing to do with why I switched. It was mostly about my endurance and comfort level on ... more »
