Make sure you mic your bore and your piston so you know for sure what you got. Ill just leave it at that.

The CMM seems like a great idea! We have several at work but I havnt run one in about 16 years. I trust my tools and my skill at using them enough that I dont think a cmm is necessary.

Difference of measurments. New pistons never even touched the bore. I use feeler blades every day at work and while I have a very good feel for them they dont seem very acurate for round surfaces.

I went with the 10* enduro. I measured my current bars and that was the closest to them. Actually almost identical. Old bars feel great when I first start riding but the buzz numbs my hands in no time and I pump up. I kept picturing what the steeper ... more »

Well they can easily be tamed down till he gets the hang of it... but how slow was that kx? If he could ride that well enough he should be able to handle another 65. Dang, do you want performance or not.

Ive had a ktm 65 for 4 or 5 years now. Its been a great bike for us. A kid at our track got a new husky 65 last year and its a frikkin rocket ship! I dont know much about the yammies.
