Do it. One done twenty years ago and the other six months ago. No numbness at all now. Six weeks for moto, but normal stuff right away.

The tranny in my ‘16 lasted the same amount of time. Same problem as yours plus some others. $900.00 in parts with a discount and did the work myself. Remapped, FC spring forks and shock. FMF pipe. My ‘19 makes my old ‘16 feel like a dinosaur.

Tomorrow I’ll have about 26 hours on mine. I’m a big time clutch abuser. Just can’t break the habit. No problem at all with mine. I will go with Hinson plates along with their heavier springs when it’s time.

My one complaint with the suspension is the shock does bottom on small G-outs. I do run my sag firm for that reason. ML512 who is doing the linkage and crank arm?

I'm about 193 lb. I set mine up per Keefer's suggestions. My riding bud got some Factory Connection settings that did not work for me, but he's also about 25 lbs lighter. I went back to Keefer's settings and I love it. I am putting in 5.1 front springs ... more »

Mine looks about the same. 25 hours on it. I'll have to look at a couple of my friends to compare.

The muffler fits, but you need to switch the grey packing sleeve and add a little asbestos wrap. The head pipe is not close. Supposed to get my complete FMF next week. Hopefully it won’t have the same issues as the PC setup.

21 hours on the motor so I thought I should check the valve clearance. Luckily they were still spot on. Not sure if the shims are different than '18. With levers on extended back order now, I can't imagine getting valve shims! You can actually change ... more »

FMF system isn’t available yet. My lower chain roller did break in half today. 18 hours on it. The single bearing roller is a joke. The 16-18 double bearing roller fits with a 7mm spacer in back. The threads on the stud are a little short, but it’s a ... more »
