I run mine to where the chain starts hitting the part where the “tooth” begins.
Same with mine. 65 hours and no starting issues.
It was Steve Ross who I talked with. He was very knowledgeable and mentioned I wasn't the first person with this issue. They were more than happy to do whatever to fix the problem. Super good guy.
I have not revalved my ‘19 forks, only stiffer springs. I had FC do a spring conversion and revalve on my ‘18. Going through fast rollers they would make a substantial “top out” noise, or like the triple clamp bearings were really loose. Called FC, they ... more »
I try to ride twice a week in the Norcal area, Hangtown, Marysville. I've been on KX's forever. It's been a good bike with not too many issues. I have .51 fork springs, with stock rear spring, I might go one stiffer on the shock, valving is stock. I ... more »

I’m usually okay with some BS talk, but I agree the mom, dad, and no one will come out and play rambling was a bit too much
What rear spring rate are you using?
You have to order the mounts per front or back position. They are not interchangeable. If you buy their triple clamps it takes the rear mount. So if you buy a front mount, then decide to buy triple clamps it won’t fit.
60 hours on mine. Love it. PC pipe and one rate stiffer fork springs. Although I wish it had the power of a Honda. No issues at all with mine.
Use the ‘18 roller. The threads don’t quite reach the lock part of the nut, but it works fine.
I only run stock because of the noise of the TM product. Plus it only lasts longer because it’s so thick. Just don’t like it.
I did the same thing on my ‘17 with the same outcome. I ran VP T4, but that gets expensive. So I changed to 110 mixed at 50/50 with pump gas and it worked fine. Going to keep a stock piston in my ‘19.
Oregon Power Sports. $6,999 no freight or set up fees
447 was a struggle to listen to. Those two will never stop talking about themselves. One and done for me. Love pulp and Whiskey is pretty good. GL adds nothing to the show that’s worth listening to.
51 hours on mine. Valves still in spec. Swingarm pad and guide last about 20 hours. Lower roller last 12 hours, put on an '18 with doubles bearings, much better. Installed stiffer fork springs, and fluid change front and rear. Remapped ignition with ... more »
Yeah 2 or 3 times. Once was almost ugly.
At A2 backpacks were okay.
A2 crowd was good. Watching triple crown in person is great. Need more.
