Titan777 are you referring to me?
I put some Ti pegs yesterday. No, all stock but the PC pipe. I run about 25% race fuel with the green ignition coupler. It broke about 10mm above the crank.
Stock motor. Pro Circuit pipe.
+50 expert, decent speed. Usually ride twice a week.
Yeah original crank
Well at 125 hours today the rod broke in half and destroyed pretty much the entire engine. Cases, cylinder, counter balance, both transmission shafts and most gears. The head looks okay. Looking at parts today I did notice that Kawi has an updated crank ... more »
I just tighten it by feel. 125 hours and I’ve never replaced the crush washer and never had a leak.

Rode the rental car shuttle bus with him today. He wasn’t looking too good.
118 hours on mine. No problems.
Not sure how to post a pic. Clicked on the photo button, chose a pic, but it doesn’t load.
OEM. Rod is fine. Racing/building bikes for 45 years, never seen this happen.
Piston pin broke in half today. 115 hours on bike, but about 40 hours on new topend.
Mine did the same thing but broke completely off and landed on the ground while I was riding. They gave me a new one for free.
I did the same.
Thanks I was looking in the wrong section.
Looking for an after market shock reservoir cap for my '19. My '18 FC one is too small. FC hasn't produced them for the '19 yet and PC doesn't list them. Just tired of the needle setup.
Watch the Showa video on YouTube. It’s for a Honda, but same forks.
Don’t do it Dan. Remember Blair broke your bike last time he rode it.
