The cylinder and head are on the way and should be to me by the 7th. I talked a good bit with Jeff at PR2 and I’m really excited to get this going. Jeff said this will be a top end monster, so I’m already looking into a fly wheel weight. We discussed ... more »
I did talk to them but they are only mapped for euro fuels. Apparently no one in the states can map them, but they did say they are working on getting a distributor that can
I’m going to look into doing that. Thank you
I’ll keep a lookout for you. Would an 04 fit?
I’ve heard about the 3rd gen vibrations so I was excited to get the rg3 because of that, but I’m also coming off a 14 250sx that vibrated like nothing else lol. I found the clamps on eBay
I’m going to ask him about the squish. He recommended 102ish octane, so I’m guessing I could get away with straight 110 and the thinner base gasket. PR2 is known for making very good power so I’m going with his recommendations to start with. If I feel ... more »
This is how the bike sits now, I still need to clean and grease everything, and get the suspension sorted out
The radiators are a little tweaked, I’m going to straighten them and have a buddy of mine brace them
Another friend on here was nice enough to design a coil relocation bracket (like on black diamonds build), and another poster on here is willing to do the machining for me. I may not do the relocation just yet, and will wait until the end of summer.

I haven’t heard anything, but I do plan on doing a build thread. So far I picked up some rg3 clamps and plan on getting a few more goodies. Jeff said 5 weeks so it should be done in 3 weeks hopefully.
If you want a tuner that’s possible to get ahold of and communicates very well, definitely call Tom Morgan. My cylinder is currently with a different tuner and I’m already thinking I should have gone with someone else. I have a feeling I’ll just get ... more »
That build is insanely nice. Great job on getting parts
He also told me he’s never seen a single wossner rod fail
This is what I do for a reminder
Dump it on some cardboard and let it dry. You will see an oil residue if it’s mixed. Dumped some non mixed next to it just to make sure there is a difference
