The seal and spring system of the brake master cylinder is new like the black lever and the aviation hose but no paint for the brake reservoir (original Honda paint).

To clean the aluminum parts, I degrease them first and then I pass them to the drum with a metal brush. To give it a new look and give it a brushed steel look, I rub it with Scotch Brite green pad.

What an amazing restauration! Excellent work! Did you start cleaning the tank and the air box? Are you going to repaint the bottom motor with a black coat? I saw that you installed KTM pegs. What modifications did you make on it?

The swingarm link has been completely rebuilt. All bearings have been changed, bolts and nuts are new. One of the bolts is no longer produced, I had to replace it by the same but at Suzuki.

Thanks you guys! The product that i use is Dumond smart strip. I have use the green for the air box and blue for the tank. You let it dry one hour and you clean with karsher.

Again an other Honda at home, my 3rd. It's a CR 125 from 1992. The bike works well, the engine is running, it is stock and in its own juice. I'll put it back in the original configuration and remove the horrible black painter on the tank and the airbox.
