What’s up with Ken’s, I don’t know what’s wrong, but something is wrong? I have nothing but admiration and respect for any athlete at Ken’s level, so I’m naturally interested in what might be the misery problem with his low energy issues. Ken prides ... more »

Yes, the muffler really did fall off with 4 laps to go. I was also running a combo spring and air front forks. My mechanic was late getting the bike ready for the main, so I when to the start early in order to pick my gate position. When he finally brought ... more »

Those lap times are very interesting. I think Coop started in 7th. So obviously he had to have some faster lap time in order to catch Ken. But, overall they're lap times are pretty darn close. But Ken's lap times began to slow after lap 10. Despite starting ... more »

That's a good question! Before we can speculate, we would need to know that. I would think, his arms are still hampering his performance late in the mains.

I heard that, man. Weight training and moto don't mix, unless you know how to do it. Basically, it's weight circuits, light weights with a lot of reps, no resting between sets. Keep a high HR and don't pump up any muscles groups. For moto, cardio is ... more »
