Dal Soggio Sphere kit is at the top of the market. Coat the oem outers and you'll have world class suspension that costs less than a set of CV forks. CV forks need tuning. Some tuners do change out the MS to a Showa MS.

It's usual. Fork oil can get trapped up there in the event of a tip over then the built up pressure will push it out.

I talked to Frenchie and it will fit. You just have to use the 15 valve springs.

I don't believe that there is any major change to the 18. I can ship it to you and if it doesn't work out I'll refund you.

The power seemed to be a tad more linear than the YZ but no where near as smooth as the KTM. The Honda felt more powerful than the KTM. I think that the chassis has a lot to do with this. The frame gives you more feedback on the Honda. I could see this ... more »

We tested the suspension out at LACR yesterday. Overall the bike handles pretty good out of the box. The chassis is finally balanced and that will make tuning much easier than in the past. Forks are initially good but can be harsh in rough conditions ... more »

You have an air leak. Remove the 10mm bleed screw. If a lot of air escapes you'll need to rebuild the inner chamber with new seals.

Showa Air is going away. The CRF250 will have 49mm showa springs and a revamp next year and Kawi will have KYB on it. Not sure what is happening with Suzuki but what ever it is it will take them 3 or 4 years to change it.

Here's the run down. Check your bike. Replace the gaskets. We have seen a few that destroyed the cover and might have damaged the engine. http://motocrossactionmag.com/home-page/motocross-scuttlebutt

I've ridden and setup the AER. Stock form was good but the air pressure was too high for me at 190lbs. Dropped the pressure to 150psi and had a better feel. Stock setup you could feel some feed back through the bars in your hands. Explained like a slap ... more »
