Racetech Suspension Bible has some good info. Technical touch has a pamphlet that has some nice diagrams. Restackor website will explain a lot of theory.

All the Blutec sprinters seem to be dying (IE: exhaust system) around 100K. Seems like everyone unloads them around then. I have a transit. Super happy with it so far. 7500 miles and fully built out. The thing rips. 15MPG.

Most importantly....throw the oem header in the trash and get a Yosh or FMF to make working on the bike a lot easier.

Stock tank at race speed will get you about 40 miles. IMS desert tank. You will need to stop at least once with a Oversized tank. Husky has a tall seat with more padding or seat concepts.

You have to be careful with the proaction stuff. Not enough face shims and the shims can get distorted in a short period of time.

Hinson has a different coating supposedly. They call it akodize. Rekluse has been on the cutting edge of design the last few years. Either company you won't go wrong with.

The Stock linkage will give riders weird sag numbers even with the right spring rate. Look into the N2Dirt linkage knuckle. It will allow you to use a stiffer spring and gives the rear end a better movement with more progression.
