AvGas 100LL is pure bright blue colored. Any bottle made of PET plastic can hold gas (gatorade bottle, water bottle, etc). Pour a little in a PET bottle so you can see the color easily. The definitive test for mixed or not is the cardboard test. Pour

I think this is very dependent upon your riding and washing conditions. In other words, dry powdery dust may cause them to slip down easily. Mine seem to have mega stiction and barely move.

Nihilo sells jet assortments for them. Not a jet "kit" per se.

Pretty sure it works and there's lots of threads on ThumperTalk about this. Think you might need to mess with the steel collars pressed in the cases due to different swingarm pivot shaft diameters. 2001 stock pipe will not work on alum frame. Bend is ... more »

Problem is, OEM-wise, the cap is not sold separately. It's part of the whole inner air chamber and is about $200. Anyone who did the spring conversion is also not going to want to disassemble and sell just the cap. Here is a complete air cartridge insert, ... more »

Cooper made a huge strategic error trying to go after JMart for that 2nd moto win at Washougal. Hard to tell a racer to slow down, but he'd be the campion right now if he would have dialed it back in that moment. And it looks kind of silly on Star, if ... more »

This. Remove the drain plug from the float bowl, turn on the gas and see if it flows freely out the bottom of the bowl. If it does not, tap the side of the bowl repeatedly with the butt end of a plastic screwdriver handle to see if you can jar the float ... more »

Some full synth or higher end oils are too slow burning for GF speeds. Look into an oil with a lower flash point. Can you get the RON and MON for that fuel? Here in the states we are used to the RON+MON/2 average when we speak octane rating. I'm thinking ... more »

The elevation will make the bike richer. That sounds like a rich stumble/stutter in the vid. Assuming the jetting is the same as previous years, sounds like a swap to a leaner 48 pilot and maybe the N3EJ needle would be a good start.

No doubt, I can barely function after catching a strong whiff of MRPro6, much less drinking it! Maybe safety wire the vent hose on the cap also to at least reduce chance of face spray.
