Exactly. And in his post race interview it was his ''wrist''.

Jeffrey Herlings‏@JHerlings84 ''If it allready couldnt get worse... Leg, knee, now my thumb.'' I wonder what 'crying wolf again' in Dutch is?

The track looks spectacularly unremarkable. Could it possibly be anymore tedious?

I've got my head in my hands.

Lake Elsinore is hardly a GP circuit and as such not one which merits a comparison.

Going by Paulin's performance when he moved up to MX1 last year (won a couple of motos and finished third) I would expect Searle could match that as he was clearly superior to Paulin in MX2.

I think this is the worst track I've ever seen a GP staged on. It's a Micky Mouse affair entirely manufactured from a substrate that looks like the kind of hardcore they use for building motorways on. The roost is going to be horrendous. It's got nothing ... more »

What a god awful place. Bone dry, flat, windy, dusty, featureless, not a single piece of vegetation in sight and the substrate appears to have all the geological attributes of crushed hardcore. The only upside is that as they're holding the race at night, ... more »

I think that regardless of how AC does, the class is stacked. Because of the migration from MX2 there will be some otherwise fast guys who won't be able to break into the top 10 at any given race.

I'm not sure what kind of silencer the 04 SX came with but changing the stock item on mine (03 EXC) was a no brainer. I also added a 9 ounce flywheel weight which smooths the low end I lost with the silencer switch.

This is my 2003 200 EXC (yep, 10 years old and had it from new) though this photo is a couple of years old. I've since added an FMF silencer, steering damper & triple clamp combo and new plastics with Enduro Engineering graphics. The Guts seat is

You're confused. His outburst did not demonstrate 'attitide'. Rather, it illustrated a disturbing absense of self control.

Undeserved booing is not unique to Europeans. It has become a tradition for US golf fans to boo European Ryder Cup players thoughout the entire tournament.

If you 'don't get' why people have strong opinions on him then you don't get accepted standards of behavior. Herlings has done more damage to the integrity of the sport than anyone.

If the question is ''when did it hit you?'', in this guy's case it was probably when he watched the helmet cam video. This is truly scary http://www.gaskrank.tv/tv/motorrad-auspuffanlagen/big-ball-enduro-riskant-und-ge-11492.htm

KTM cared enough to fine him 3000 euros for swearing on live TV.

This is by far the most articulate post on this thread. But it's not just his sponsors who should be concerned. He undermines the integrity of the entire sport.

I couldn't agree more. People put it down to him being a kid but the fact is that at 18 he's an adult, albeit one who clearly has serious behavioral issues. He's obviously learnt nothing from his previous faux pas. If I had an 18 year old son as publicly ... more »
