This is the front of the piston. (Intake)makes me think a hot spot happened there first.

I would maybe think that if it was in a different spot but the way it looks the same on both blow ups it has to be a certain problem.

Well everything was oem stock so i figured it should be good and i did not assemble it. I probably should have and went through all the numbers. How would the crank cause this?

I put the lectron on my 07 RM125. Probably the best investment on the whole bike. Easy to tune and only had to make slight adjustments and it runs like a champ. Not to mention the amount of fuel it saves. Especially running race fuel it’s a definite ... more »

I did not get any pics inside the cases but it is fairly simple as long as you keep track on what’s going on. And having schematics is always a plus.

Ya that’s what holds the needle in place an how you adjust your clip on the needle. I have pulled it multiple times adjusting the clip. But i had figured screw it and ordered a lectron carb and will be here tomorrow.

Just made the last and final order! She will be done and ready to rip in about a week! All said and done this rebuild has cost me a pretty little penny but well worth the build!
