About Me
I grew up in a rural part of Lakeland. Since a kid, I have loved to be outside working on things, and just having fun! Many people say I can do just about anything. I love dirtbikes...motocross/supercross! I began racing dirtbikes in 1998 at the late age of 19. I quickly became friends with Ronnie Renner, who helped me progress with my racing. I won many C & B titles in Florida and on the National Amateur Circuit during my first years of racing. When I decided to try and make it a career I began working with world-renowned MX/SX coach and past champion, Ronnie Tichenor. Over the next few years I propelled to the top of the A class in Florida and beyond. By the time I was 24 I was able to obtain my Pro-License. My hard work and dedication was seen by many, but like many....injuries prevailed. Through my many hours of schools with RTMX, I would try to help out by prepping the many different tracks we were training at before RT would start the schools. Quickly, Ronnie and many of his students saw the potential that I had at building tracks. I guess all the hours as a kid helping my dad on our land and with his trucking company paid off...and I quickly learned the skills needed to build and groom the tracks. I put many hours of practice my own personal track in Lakeland, Florida, and once again people began to see my potential. Riders like James Stewart, Timmy Ferry, and Chad Reed would come to train at my Supercross track because it was one of the best around! After hearing from so many people just how good I was on the equipment, and how awesome my tracks turned out to be...I decided to end the injuries, and hang up my boots...and in 2004 Dream Traxx began!! One of my first SX tracks was that of Tim Ferry. Timmy has stuck by me since the beginning and has been a big part in helping my track building skills evolve. Now, my crew and I have traveled all over the world pursing my business of building the sport up by building the best possible tracks I can. I builds for some of the worlds fastest riders; James Stewart, Tim Ferry, and Nico Izzi just to name a few. I have also built many tracks for amateurs all over the world, and in doing so have met some of the most amazing families! I was also hired by Chad Reed to help build some of the best tracks Australia has ever seen during their 2008 Supercross Season. A lot has changed since my racing days began back in 1998. I am now married to my wife Stacey, I have a daughter Reese and a son Jace, and just ride for fun. But, the hard work and dedication that helped me start my racing career, is now what drives me to have the best track building company in the world!!!
