I’ve brought a new Billet Mitaka clutch hub, new Suzuki hub and pressure plate which will be hard anodised. Now im looking at clutch plate kits. The offerings are Mitaka for $55 USD or EBC for $100 USD. Both include fibre plates, steel plates and springs.

A little update. Just about to rebuild the engine. Does anybody have an expansion chamber in good condition? Otherwise I’ll have to do the best with what I’ve got. Excuse the lounge workshop during lockdown last year.

Nice work, the 90-91 are a lot harder to find parts for. I’d love to get some stamps made for my works 106.2 pipe. I’ve had a factory triple clamp and linkage drawn up. If i ever get any interest i might get them cnc milled

Rc Bikes in Tauranga will probably have a brake caliper bracket for you. Whatever you do, don’t change the carb, the mikuni power jet carb with throttle position sensor you have is great. I have my jetting setups from 2007 when i was racing my RM125 ... more »
