Does anyone know if TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) is legal in pro racing, if done for medical purposes? I could see where being on TRT would be beneficial when training hard, for recovery purposes. No ups and downs in testosterone levels and ... more »

I’m a state trooper and know your strife with dealing with differing police agencies. Always a dick swinging contest. If it were me, I’d go look at it with a couple buddies if you can’t get the police to go with you. Steal it back if the vin matches. ... more »

What a stupid comment to make. Pit bikes have been a thing for years. You must be a super serious guy. I bet you have A-kit suspension on your new 450 that you race the C class with. You are the male equivalent of a Karen.

There’s only a few people in the world that can hold a 450 wide open through a corner and make it out on two wheels.

Added reply in a thread Too Large For a 125? 4/30/2020 10:26 PM

I’m 6’3” and about 230, been throwing the idea of getting another 125. I mainly trail ride and do a little Mx, no more racing for me. I miss the days of ringing out a 125. You may not be going that fast, but you feel like it when you hold it pinned around ... more »

If you are just adding taller bars, you can turn your throttle housing upside down and be fine, or reroute the cables through the frame. When you go to adding fork springs and dampening rods, lifting the front end 1.5 inches plus, you’ll need crf125 ... more »

Well, that’s relative to what is important to you. Will they make you faster? Maybe a little, but probably not. A fresh set of tires will drop lap times quicker. Let’s say you have all the important stuff squared away. A fresh engine, new tires, fresh ... more »

I’m in the market for a 110. Leaning towards a 2020 CRF110. Dealership says $2300 OTD. Got on Facebook market place to make sure I wasn’t missing any deals in the used market. WOW. I saw several used 110’s priced above what I would pay new, some even ... more »

I change my shock fluids at 60+ hours. Usually do forks at the same time or earlier if a fork seal goes. I couldn’t justify changing suspension fluids that often unless I was racing at a high level (getting paid to race).

Added reply in a thread Why did you make the switch from a 250 to a 450? 2/25/2020 5:18 PM

Because I pointed out in the 250’s... ok just kidding. Actually it’s because I’m 6’2” 225lbs of raw steel and sex appeal.

YZ250’s are the best. Versatile, easy to work on, unlimited parts availability. They’re just a good bike. Good luck finding a used one in the 2k range. They tend to hold value, with most sellers looking for around 3k for even 05’s and 06’s with hundreds ... more »

I had a 2003 CR250 for a while. It was an awesome bike. The engine wasn’t as good as the YZ, but everything else was good. Very good ergonomics, handling, and turning ability. Wish I hadn’t sold it.
