Swingarm swap from crf to cr and cr to crf

Hi everyone i have a 1998 cr 125 and i want to swap a swingarm with linkage,brake and tires from a 2013 crf 450R (and vice-versa) with little modification to the crf swingarm and cr linkage i can do the swap... how will change it the geometry off the bike or the ride hight?
