Drill the head with a 6mm til the head comes off. Then you hopefully can get out the rest out of the cylinder with pliers.
There is something special with 80cc bikes, I love builds like this. I also have one of my childhood dream bikes, yz80 93.
You will pour oil into the gear box, it will lubricate enough. The main bearings will be lubricated by the premix. Well, the piston and piston pin bearing maybe you should lubricate with 2 stroke oil otherwise no need to take things apart.
No grease needed, ball bearing are not that sensitive.
Isn't it std 43mm kyb bushings?
Speaking of forks, I find the stock 43mm forks surprisingly plush. Overall the bike has a very good chassis but motor has noticeably weaker low end than a modern 125 but that actually makes it more fun to ride, you must ride aggressively. Here's my 96
Beautiful build!
Nice! What pipe is that? I built a 90 some years ago, those models are good looking. Where in Sweden are you located? 1990
Have any info leaked out on what tricks Steve Butler had to make Emigs bikes so fast?

It's more fun to wrench than ride

Beautiful, sehr schön!
How about the mini classes? I guess ktm are dominant there, both in wins and number of spare parts sold per bike 😁
