Well, my 04 125 and 06 250 both have 36 mm between those two bolts. At least you can rule them out.

Make sure that the surface on the head where the crush washers mate is good. You could also put a little 1211 or equivalent on the threads.

You don't need new washers every time. You can flat sand the washers on some 320 paper and get them flat again.

Funny thing is that I had exactly the same thing happen when I switched over to no toil. I never had the problem before or after using no toil. Is that a coincidence or an ussue with no toil? I have no idea but I just got deja vu reading this thread. ... more »

I don't think that the 250's shouldn't be able to do them. I do think that they shouldn't be able to do them from the inside line or a seat bounce.

It is just a guess but, I think that often the natural talent comes into play in a negative way. If you don't have to work as hard to reach a goal, you aren't as focused on being successful when you get it.

I've never had an issue with KG Clutches. They make a lot of the OE clutches.
