Thanks man! I designed the graphics myself, forget who cut them but they aren’t cut very well. Loved designing them myself

Ah I see, I don’t think I’ll be able to purchase a set in the near future. But if a set is still available when I can afford them I’ll definitely reach out. Glws!

Been working on figuring out the shop and land layout, everything is to scale. Not finalized by any means but 95% of the way there. Starting on the shop ASAP, house should be done in about a month and a half. Shop looks to be about ... more »

You are completely correct, I ended up talking with the guys over at pro circuit. Turns out its a 04 kx250f knuckle but a 2004 kx125 arm. Its the correct arm for a stock knuckle. Bit of a bummer but not a total loss

You got any photos of the forks? I may be interested in a set

knuckle number is ksl04250fb1. I didn’t notice till now the Knuckle has a 250 part number. Odd. Edit: did some more research and the knuckle is from a 2004 kx250f. And the arm is from a 2004 kx125. Its the slightly shorter arm, designed to work with ... more »

You are correct, the main through bolt that connects the linkage arm to the frame appears to be from a kxf. But the part number is for a 04/05 kx125 linkage assembly. I will end up calling pro circuit on Monday just to make 1000% sure it is what I think ... more »

I definitely agree with that statement but I’m just saying what I was told by the ride engineering guys. I have 14mm of threads on each hole

Alright glad to hear you got the experience to get it done yourself, like I said the design I did was very specific for my triple clamp mounting setup. And that means that mount was really high up. So when you design yours just make sure to get it located ... more »

I’ve personally found the rm chassis to be amazing in turns and extremely fun yet very twitchy and unsteady feeling in the front end. Definitely didn’t explain it very well before as I had just woken up. I just want to give the hpsd a try to see how

Back to cool stuff, bought a linkage thinking it would fit my bike as it was advertised as so. But it’s a 04/05 kx125/250 pro circuit linkage. Definitely can’t be mad as I got a great deal on it. I’ve been thinking about making some replica ... more »

Suspension is setup for my weight. Springs are dead on but it’s definitely valved aggressively for me. The rm’s are great chassis but are known to be unstable. Just wanted to try this setup to see how it works. If it doesn’t work then oh well, now I ... more »

Hey sorry for taking a while to respond I haven’t been paying attention to my emails. I am going to drill holes and use washers to distribute load. So it will be a m6 bolt from the back side that screws into the aluminum mount itself. Sorry but I wouldn’t ... more »

Appreciate it man, Its not anything too crazy yet. More of a "seat time" build if you can call it that haha. V2 will be much more in-depth with tons of custom parts designed and made by me. Moving into 3120sqft of space will give me the ability to do ... more »

Also picked up a se4 carbon as it was on a blowout sale. Crazy just how light and comfortable this helmet is. 10x better then the Polly version. The GoPro will be heavier then the helmet haha

Did some finite testing on the HPSD mount today and removed a ton of material while creating load paths. 1000 ft lbs of force on the -x and -y axis gave a max of 40k psi. 2k psi away from failure still. 6061-t6 is the alloy ill use for this due to availably

Currently working on a bolt on solution to get the hpsd on the last gen rm’s. First 3d printed prototype. Need to work on the lower bracket/mount. And finite the upper mount. I’ll likely end up using 6061-t6. Finite will give me a better idea ... more »
