I removed the original rivets by filing them down then I tapped the holes to M5 and used cap head bolts.

The frame was done by High Calibre Coatings based in the UK. The frame was originally powder coated black but they stripped it back to bare metal, heated the welds and then protected it with a clear ceramic...more

Thanks for the reply, love the build bro. What did you do to attach the brake tip? Just riveted it in place? Also I love the way the frame came out, how was that done? Sorry for loads of questions

The brake lever tip is a Scar titanium off a Beta 250rr and the brake clevis is Apico.
