Carlin was exceptionally good at all forms of two wheel riding. He could ride all disciplines at an extremely high level, including a stint in the 2000s as a top freeride mtb rider. Huge loss for the community. RIP amigo.

I come from a long work history in/around the motorsports and action sports industries, but now work in gaming + esports. Yeah, the video game stuff. I'm in Europe currently for 2 weeks for an esports competition. It's huge, huge huge huge business. ... more »

What a great weekend for Freddie. Hard not to feel good about that. Maybe in the latest and greatest Vital MX 450 shootout the Suzuki 450 'lags behind' but I think some are underestimating how much work can be done to these bikes, even with 'production ... more »

It is interesting how pro MX riders tend to skew so heavily in the religious category, constantly throwing it into every camera/interview moment. For sure other religious warriors in other sports, but MX does seems to have more than normal. They should ... more »

Hey Jeff! I'm literally rebuilding my top end right this second after ignoring my TC250 for two years (where oh where does the time go?!) and need to spoil it with some chi-chi bits. Hit me with the combowombo super bundle of the: 1) skid plate 2) tank ... more »

^^^ bike looks damn good! @Jeffro503 - Was bugging me that I couldn't remember where I read 'don't drill the TC250 airbox', so did some digging. Check it: 2017 TC250 MXA - https://motocrossactionmag.com/mxa-race-test-2017-husqvarna-tc250-two-stroke/

I think it's an absolute joke 250 two strokes aren't allowed to race against 250 four strokes at the professional SX and MX levels. 125's v. 250F's isn't even close (which is how it's currently setup) nor is 250 2st v. 450F's. Let 250's all race together ... more »

As do I, but neither of us park over the white lines in a crowded lot then post about it on our massive Instagram accounts going 'oh woe is me'. We riding next week or what!

Oh man.... I wish I still had my beater truck.... I'd be sure to park right next to him next time I see his loaner brodozer around Temecula (saw it just last week parked in Old Town).

2013-generation - Yes vibrates.... 2017+ generation - Counterbalanced motor (which equals very little vibration)

Owned a 2013 KTM 250SX and had about 60 hours on it before I picked-up a 2017 TC250. As you probably know, the 2017-generation 250SX/TC250 underwent a pretty major change (compared to the 13-16 generation). I *liked* the 2013 250sx but I *love* the 2017... ... more »

Hahah cool cool. I'll do some experimenting.... Interestingly the 2013 250SX I had suffered from 'violent power hit' and is what has made the current-gen SX/TC 250's so good... the motor works with you and not against you. We'll see how it goes. Thanks

Early tests of the current-gen TC250 (I have a 2017) said don't drill the airbox... is that no longer the deal? Drilling some holes in this things airbox the hot setup?
