Added reply in a thread Would You Spend $2-Million of Sponsorship Dough on a Trailer? 10/28/2019 2:59 PM

Private race teams sell sponsorship to brands for $X dollars and then are free to spend said dollars as needed. As long as the contracted deliverables are met, the sponsor is happy. You do not have to 'share your books' with your sponsors. I've been ... more »

A uh.. 'friend' of mine once worked for a top motorcycling racing team. The team had some really big outside sponsors, and because of that, and a LOT of money to work with. More than probably any other team in the paddock, including the factories. The ... more »

Sad to hear, but stoked on JS63 MX. Man, 2013-2015 I rode Milestone a lot as I was between full-time gigs and had the Fast Pass. So many laps around that place during that time. Also, I broke my first bones ever at Pilestone in early 2013! (collarbone

What a shame. I look forward to the day we join the rest of the civilized western world and provide universal healthcare to our citizens. One freak accident and you are financially ruined, yet we are paying more for less. Maddening. Heal up Mickey.

I still laugh at Tyler's "BRAKE BRAGGET!!!" post. So that's what I scream at the TV each round "GO GET EM BRAKE BRAGGET!" That and Anderson's Benjamin Button comment. HA! Blake is a good dude. Always happy to see him get good results.

Language isn't a perfect science. In fact, language makes for an awful medium of communication at times. Language (words, phrases, terms) do have an overall 'accepted' standard of what's what, which is how we (people) derive meaning from what is said.
