Huge question mark. Would be curious what their expectations are. He has only been a podium guy on a good day the past few years. Doing better than AC has to be the goal, I wouldn't get against him.

There have been plenty of MXoNs with more depleted lineups than this, and they still ended up being fantastic races. I'll be tuning in!

There can be a lot of hassles. But overall, I cannot imagine that I would have stayed involved in this sport for 25+ years without our tracks. Everyone and their dog will have an opinion of how your track should be. Just remember to build it for yourself ... more »

Canard and Tomac both won their titles with Geico / FC Honda. The last title in the class for the true Factory Honda team was Steve Lamson in 1996.

There's no one better when the going gets tough. He'll be fine, Eli on blue could be lethal.

They should cut the grass on Friday and let them have at it. Unadilla would be perfect for a signature "retro" event. Missed opportunity.

New forks is a good start. I ride a lot of sand, prefer the 06-08 KX450 clamp with more offset. I don't go less than +5mm fork height and 120mm on sag. Enjoy and don't forget to short shift!

Make sure you're having fun and enjoying it. Maybe not always in the moment, but in a general sense. The sport is too dangerous and expensive not to be.

Very cool! Lots of interesting history behind that bike and Mike's year in '05. He was on his way to the title and a spot on Team USA before things went sideways and some drama ensued.

Reply to Why hasn’t the ktm 250 been so dominant here in the AMA as in MXGP 5/29/2021 8:55 PM

The MX2 guys are kicked out once they turn 23 and are getting good. KTM hires the most promising guys, and in an artificially restricted class, it skews the results. They have the highest budgets, most riders, and great bikes too of course.

Benoit is back at it. Kaven > Cannella IMO, any size bike. It's all academic anyway.

Leatt believes that their brace provides greater protection from catastrophic spinal injury. Ryno believes braces make it more difficult to maintain an optimal riding position. Both things can be true.

2013-14 PSF1 forks were actually quite good. The 15-18 SFF can be a real nightmare. If you do end up deciding to switch to the old spring fork (08-12 is direct fit), I would be interested in buying your forks.
