I'm building a '69 Camaro with a C5/6 chassis swap using a supercharged LSA and TR6060 transaxle and a lot of carbon fiber. A C6 dash swap with more carbon. I have a build thread on another forum, but you have to be logged in to view the pictures. I

The revalve really helps them. Before I had mine revalved they would almost bottom out going into fast braking bumps. After they would use about half the stroke and didn't feel as harsh since they were higher up in the travel. If you're not in a hurry ... more »

C12. No problem, thanks for the report back. The bike pulls way harder now with the jetting good doesn’t it? It’s crazy how different it is.

What gas are you running and fuel mix? It’s possible you could need to bump up to the bigger main. If you are running straight pump gas then either 50/50 race or straight race should take care of the problem. I’ve not had that issue, but I run straight ... more »

When they are spot on there isn't a reason to change. My AER's I had different clicks and pressures for different tracks. With my CV I tried WP's setup for sand which was different clicks and preload and it didn't feel as good as the settings Billy had ... more »

My stock AER’s would almost bottom out in high speed braking bumps. I got video of it and then had Derek Harris revalve them and that took care of the problem. +1 on Billy with the CV setup, I haven’t even touched a clicker yet. They were spot on out ... more »

You don't have to. Even a revalve on the AER makes them work a ton better because they are setup for you instead of a general setting.

I have a Trax from ClubMX and they ran it with the Trax disabled and said thats how all the teams run it. I did notice it made the bike handle a lot better through really rough stuff even turned off over the stock rear shock. OP, I have CV that were ... more »

With a PC pipe and the long 304 running u4.4 my bike was just short of 51hp. The pipe puts it just over 49 and the fuel added the extra 1hp. If I remember right I posted the graph in my build thread.

Hey bud, I noticed the black wire un plugged in one of your pictures. Plug it back in and the bike will also run differently with more hit to it.

Yes there is, but the slide only is off idle to 1/4 throttle then tappers off to 1/2 throttle. In sand you really need bigger main jetting.

Post up your feed back so I can help adjust if needed and log the areas its been verified. If you decide to run an oxygenated race fuel like T2 or u4.4 I have jetting for that too.

I don't have one so I can't give any feed back. From what I've seen people on here recommend 9 for MX and 11 for woods.
