I think any rider who doesn't have their head deeply up their own ass could probably make it work.

My opinion is that Sexton has  a problem with how he sets his bike up , particularly the front. What feels comfortable to him just doesn’t hold up. It’s not his riding,  it’s his set up. He needs to find a new comfortable , where he’s not tucking or washing the front all the time. Whatever the case acting like a spoiled brat and ghost riding the bike into the pits is unprofessional and dangerous.

He just rides very over the front and it forces him to chase a setup that can’t be obtained. He needs to spend some serious time changing his technique and position on the bike

Ive said it before, Chase appears to me to not have some basic bike skills to back up his talent. He needs a coach.

Yes he should just go to GH or Pala. Plenty of coaches there. I’m sure he’d be able to slot right into section work on a Thursday.

He could always just start a vitalmx account and get some information from the professionals on this site LoL

I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt when he went to kawi but it’s the same pattern on every team he’s been on so far. Chasing a magical setting every moto and when it doesn’t work the team is either to blame or be disrespected. That’s how it seems on an outside perspective anyway.

But it says nothing of ghost riding his bike into Marchbanks which would be a totally different dealio....(frustration of the bike vs frustration of a teammate)

Idk seemed to work fine for JA. Prado only ever knew steel frame, and Chase is a known head case

Yep! And Marchbanks looks pretty good on the Kawi.

This kid's a fucking head case if this is true.

Would have been epic if Marchbanks passed him in Moto 2

Hold on. Don't be vague.

Are you hinting this is Mr Sextons doing?

Chase (appropriate first name btw) obviously doesn't know how to set a bike up.....he's mysteriously dumped every brand of bike he's ever ridden. how many times did we see him crash on a straight-away while leading (esp on the Honda)?

Pissing away the best years of his career. He will be remembered for being a cautionary tale unfortunately.

I agree. Maybe a riding coach.

I’m not kidding when I say he should watch film of Lachlin Turner.

I don't think he's slow. I just think Jett, Hunter and Deegs have taken their riding to another level he can't match, and it's in his head. So he blame's the bike.

He needs to take a good look in the mirror and get a good coach.

Bouncing around from team to team like LeBron James isn’t the answer. I have always thought the reason Dungey had so much success with KTM was because he stuck it out and developed the bike to his liking. When he came to KTM the bike wasn’t great.

As per mxa Chase almost hit his teammate in kawi pits after moto 1. Is this the end of kawi and Sexton ?

Team manager should have told mechanic to tell Chase, “sorry Chase when you dropped your bike the bars bent and broke the lever, did not have a replacement nor time to replace between motos, looks like you will have to sit this one out”.

Maybe that’s what he wants?

Agreed but if you have other options I gotta think the Kawasaki track record over the last 10-15 years would go in the cons column in the decision matrix.
