What’s the game plan going forward? This SX season had Jo firing on all cylinders right at the start until that pitboard incident, and the rest of the season was unfortunately a wash.
Hymas did what I expected, a whole lotta midpack and a few and far inbetween glimpses.
I don’t foresee any of them in contention for the outdoor title either..
Do they have someone in sight to sign that could be a title threat in the coming seasons if Jo has another injury or start having his early season slumps again or are they happy as long as Jett and Hunter do well in 450s?
I’m sure the Lawrence’s wouldn’t mind HRC stealing Hammaker for the coming seasons..
It seems they need to go back to the Factory Connection/Star model?
Yes
I wish Hymas would find some SX speed. However, he was solid outdoors last year.. One of the only guys with elbows on Deegan all season long (remember the verbal jabs?). I would not count him out to be a regular on the podium as we head outdoors where he seems to shine. It sucks that so much weight of their careers is based on SX, but it is where the money is, he is going to have to pick it up or end up on a 'lesser' team.
Hymas is shooting for the 250 Outdoor Title this year. He was strong last year, so I expect he will do well.

It’s be nice if Shimoda could sue the pit board dumb-ss who messed up his season.
Oh is that really a can of worms you want to open?
Probably not, but his whole season got ruined because of a dumb-ss.
Just clean it out…
Get Hammaker and Masterpool. Maybe Keeping Hymas. Or getting Juju if KTM goes shIt. Thats it.
Hymas and Shimoda are both better outdoors than indoors, hopefully they can stay healthy and bring the fight each week.
Wasn't there a lot of talk about Jo leaving HRC after this year? The young Aussie Tiger Wood is in the states and I believe initially had some sort of backing from HRC, but is now on Phoenix Racing. He's also on Red Bull, so it would seem somewhat logical if he shifted over to HRC when the time is right.
As for going back to the Geico/FC model, that would be awesome but it would require an independent team with a lot of backing and resources to step up. Who would that be? Both quadlock and Phoenix seem too small to handle it. And what is moto concepts doing? They seem to have dropped off recently
lol, get Haymaker?? How many seasons has he completed?
Hammaker has another year on his PC deal. I also don’t see him leaving there unless he’s offered a crazy high salary.
Phoenix was supposed to end up taking over the 250 program, but it seems like that probably won’t happen. Not sure what is going on TBH.
Leum Oehlhof rides a Honda in SMX Next. Is he associated with HRC at all?
Is Kitchens pc deal up after this year ? if it is i would go for a 3 year deal with him and move him to 450 after 2 years.
Hymas has shown good SX speed. Don’t forget he had that nasty get off (maybe in jersey?) and never seemed to get back to the same speed afterward.
He just signed for another 2 years starting in 2026. All the PC guys are locked up except Marchbanks and maybe Masterpool depending on some stuff in his contract.
You mean the Peak Antifreeze/Pro circuit model??
Why though? Why can’t HRC successfully operate 4 riders over two classes??
And he has just got back on the bike before the season started. He's going to kill it outdoors
Pit Row
I do not know Cole Davies contract details with Star but he would be a damn good signing for HRC
If honda ever want another shot at multiple 250 titles they need to be looking at signing C.Davis…
Why would Cole want to hop on a slower bike?
SLR. Not sure what, if any association they have with HRC
All things being equal can’t imagine he would right?
To switch things up after having a slower bike hop on him.
Thanks. As far as I can tell, the SMX Next results on supermotocross.com don't list the team/sponsors for the riders (but they do for the 250 and 450 results).
The bike can win races. He could also do his own gear deal. Less riders, receiving more focus/attention.
It's not all bad.
He’s on a deal longer than 2 years.
He’s manager would be bringing him in a lot more money if he was togo onto honda i would say there would be more bonus money as a factory rider and like you said a gear deal…. star probably are paying good but i just think there would be more money in honda and gear if he was to go on a winning spree…
The Honda didn't hold back the Lawrence's
Lawrence's are an anomaly, especially Jett 😂
