Well said Don. This place is brutal. It makes Instagram and twitter look peaceful and welcoming. Considering this forum is for Moto and Supercross this would be the place for the riders and team members to interact. But why would they just to get attacked and called names. Some people on here just don’t get it. And never will. That’s why this forum is they way it is. 🤷‍♂️

If he doesn't fulfill his contract that he signed in the beginning that would be so uncool and he would lose me as a fan. This industry complains especially riders about companies not honoring contracts and now he is mad because he contract negations are going as he would like? 

The reality of this is #4 has a big offer from Kawasaki and KTM.  I'd imagine Jason knew to be potentially looking at other rides for 2026.  IF, he was in Italy, that would have leaked by now.

If he's taking a break from racing to spend family time in Italy then it's pretty clear he's going to be cut loose. Maybe even by outdoors. 

I just hope JA returns healthy with a competitive ride. Whether on the Kawi or something else. I like the cats riding style and competitiveness. No doubt in my mind he has got a bad rap from the snowflakes. While he seems to get put in the same box with Barcia - there is no comparison. He seems to me to be like the snake that minds his business until he gets stepped on. Hope he gets back soon and he, Tomac, Roczen, etc. - that class of guys can go out together with a bang!!

I've seen Jason do things on his dirt bike that just blow my mind.  But...I can say the same about all these guys.  JA isn't the king of bone head moves but he's had his share and then some.  Maybe not in Barcias league but not for lack of trying.  I still dig both of those guys.  

Changing teams is just part of it.  Is there anyone, with a career as long as Jason's,  that has only ridden one brand?  Sometimes it's ugly and sometimes not.

We still don't know the truth about Jason's exit.  No matter the reason I'll still give him the Ricky, "Ooohhhh" when he does that cool shit on his bike.

The way I look at it is this. If you have a contract for next year with the team you are on, you are more likely to ride banged up than if you don't have a deal for next year, and you know they signed someone else to replace you.

I don’t want JA or one of his family members to be battling illness, but I also don’t want this to be true.  He’s a professional athlete and they go through the ups and downs of contract negotiations regularly.  This would be a very unprofessional way to handle things to say the least.  Add this to just OK results this year and on track antics and it paints a pretty bad picture.

Can you say more about kawi MGMT?

It's my understanding  the new management is less flexible and more contentious. The current state of the market may have something to do with it.

Maybe Jason is getting plastic surgery.

I don't think he has any health issues, I think sexton signed, Jason got pissed and they came up with the BS excuse to feed us.

you're not wrong, but why does he ride the way he does? too many short-sighted petty battles that are out of line for a second-year 250 rider even. 

JA just walking away makes no sense to me. He is a different cat, but not that crazy. 

The fact that nobody is reporting anything and have gone radio silence on all of this is a little concerning to me, as in maybe something not great is truly going on and it's not just petty contract stuff. Usually half the podcast guys at least tell us they know but can't say and they aren't even doing that with this one..... would be very dumb to not race and try to collect some bonuses just because you got your feelings hurt so just not sure I buy any of that.

I never believed anything either way because I had no real info to go off of. 

The longer it goes on without a word being spoken about it makes it more likely to be something from the category of things moto bro media guys don't feel at all comfortable talking about IMO. but still just a guess because no real info anywhere. 

Is the Italy thing is just speculation or is he really in Europe as he is dealing with personal health issues?

Sorry to hear about your issues JA. Wishing you and your family the best. I am sure when the time is right he will LUK. He is just that kind of guy.  Has to be major. Too bad, he looked ready to win one of these on a good day..

Jason Anderson has gone missing from the series, and Monster Energy Kawasaki has stated he will be back for the AMA Pro Motocross Championship. We know he left Seattle for a family issue after track walk and then didn’t ride all week before we got the PR that he’s dealing with some health issues. No one around the team had said anything about Anderson having health issues in the preceding weeks before he pulled out of the series. The whole thing is weird for sure, and from what I hear, this is more of a mental health thing with Anderson, and we definitely need to be more understanding of this stuff these days. I wish him the best, and when I tried to bet someone who knows him well that he will not be showing up at Pala (just my opinion), like the Kawasaki PR said, they wouldn’t take that bet. I hope he does, but there’s more than a small chance that we don’t see Anderson again this year, I think.

Everyone has a point at which the money doesn’t matter.

Mathes tweeted Anderson to ClubMx or HEP Suzuki next year possibly. Kenny and Anderson on Suzukis would be cool, would be cool for Anderson to end his career on a Suzuki wearing Fly gear like his amateur days. 

Matthes said late in the pulp show Monday that he’s heard from a few people that it’s mental health related.  He mentioned mental health being talked about more openly in recent years and that he has several folks implying that it’s in that rhealm somewhere 

I can see him going to club, he’s trained there before, and probably knows most the people there.

I wonder if Anderson found out Sexton is in and he’s out for next year and said screw it.
