Salmon. Flame away but I like tasted of the Costco farmed salmon better (less fish taste). Salt, pepper, and some garlic powder. I prefer to grill without the skin. 3 ways to accomplish that, buy without skin, cut the skin with a very sharp knife, pour a bit of boiling water on the skin, that will melt the bond and skin lifts right off. Probably one of my favorite regular proteins (Still love a perfect ribeye but they are few and far between these days)

You’re entitled to your opinion but damn man that’s pretty out there. No Atlantic farmed salmon in the world holds a candle to what I’m able to freely get up here.

It doesn’t taste fishy at all and if you’re buying salmon that tastes or smells fishy it’s been processed and handled poorly

Well I knew I'd get flamed for that. And I know the stuff you get is much higher quality. I've just over time have come to prefer what I regularly prepare for dinner. And it's not that yours tastes fishy. It's that it tastes "different" and has a different texture. I'm sure if that's what I had been grilling every Sunday for years, that's the fish I'd prefer. The same as I know there's better whiskey than Crown Royal, but that's my go to over ice. I'm used to it and I like it.

TM, forgive me brutha but I feel like kicking you in the nut sack for mentioning a perfect Ribeye.

The best ribeye steaks i've ever had was when I camped at Wild Cat offroad park in East Bernstadt KY. At the end of each outdoor season I'd drive to Visone RV and have them work their way through the motorhome.

The owner Terry Blankenship, delivered the Ribeyes to our motor home along with some fine Whiskey. Terry owns Wildcat, Visone RV, a Liquor store and a butchery. He is such a awesome dude...the hospitality recieved from him and his missus is 2nd to none.

I had never tasted ribeye steak and I'm hooked. We cant get anywhere near them ribeyes with what we get here in South Africa.img 3 1722352411572.jpg?VersionId=Tt0sUqK11qFNMWNWuPXAtsGa4aB

I really miss Terry and he has an open invitation to come visit in Cape Town, South Africa.

TM, was just joking about the kick to the nuts but dude, I'm craving me some ribeye. Folk there always mentioned milkcows for the marbling...im not a specialist but damn, those steaks where the best evet.

I love a good ribeye. I used to travel a LOT. One thing that struck me is how many places in Chicago you could get a real GOOD ribeye. Even restaurants that are not super high end were serving awesome steaks. One of the best I've ever had was at a country club in Venezuela. Now a days, I still think I get the best ones at home. The restaurants just seem to be disappointing anymore.

Alright fellas, as I said in my initial post, going to the gym is new for me so I’m still learning.

What I can’t figure out is, how come the most shredded people I see at the gym do absolutely nothing? I’m only at the gym for around an hour, so maybe they’re there all day and I miss it, but for the hour that we share, I don’t understand how they get anything accomplished. I’ll see them lift one heavy weight one time, and then just chill for 10 minutes, playing on their phone, watching tv, whatever. Then repeat, one heavy lift, and relax.

I see you are in SC, are you riding the dog park? I am working in SC and have been riding during my lunch break. Hit me up if you are ever looking for someone to ride with.

And to keep this on topic, I am fat as f@#$. 6'2" and 215'. My 34" pants are getting way too tight but I refuse to go buy new clothes.
