Had the opposite effect on me as I laughed out loud when he said it. Kind of like Hannah, you either love him or you don't with no in between. You have got to admit though, the little shit is putting in the work to be able to do what he is doing. Daddy's money don't buy the grit and determination he is showing.

Honestly Haidens ability to put down riders from the outside is hella impressive.

I originally thought he did that.  But then I went and watched again. He seems to be giving a thumbs up.  Like, I'm not mad because you ate dirt, so here's a thumbs up.  So, I was kind of like, same shit again. But then he actually didn't do what I figured he would.  

This is what the sport need, a good rivalry, big egos... it's what keeps us talking about it all week.

Teammates Bailey and O'Mara wouldn't even train with Bob. He won Champships based on his will to win not his talent. True example of what you can accomplish if you focus on the prize and not the peanut gallery. He loved fellow champions John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, and Roger DeCoster. He's proven to be successful at anything he touches. So glad i saw him race Unadilla many times. I often eat a Chick-fil-A sandwich to his greatness! 

His riding is so damn good I can overlook the podium interviews. I'm more of a Hymas fan though. Hopefully we see more of that 2nd moto performance the rest of the summer and we see Chance/Deegz battles

He seems like a hybrid between Cooper Webb, Mike Alessi, and Jason Lawrence.  Believe the hype, finger pistols, and eat sh!t competition!

What has he said that's such a big deal? I see a kid that wants it BAD and has a fun little smart-ass attitude that he can back up on the track. 

He does want it BAD. Hard not to appreciate so much determination

Love watching the kid ride but listening to him speak is tough, everything is click baity drivel. Unreal on the bike though. He’s gonna be a tough SOB in this sport for awhile. He has the kind of attitude on the bike the sport will need to take on Jett/Prado/Sexton.  Will be interesting to see now that he’s really had a taste of winning what happens when he runs into some adversity. 

To me it’s kinda different if it’s one sided. Tom isn’t going to play into the games, he’s made that clear. To me it just makes Haiden look like an idiot when he’s trying so hard to provoke Tom with no effect. Tom is just out there to do his job and be professional. Haiden’s behavior is just kinda “weird kid” energy…

I actually thought Deegan was looking back at Vialle giving him a thumbs up as in great race. But, I probably seen it wrong. I also did not care enough to go back and watch again lol. Those 2 are putting on a great show, hope they keep it up.

But, I don’t like the “that’s cute” comment.

His actions and words don't match up. He tries extra hard to sound flippant, but you know some of this stuff burns him up inside. Best way to erode one's potential. Can he grow up or is he perpetually destined to stay on the level his dad's on? Either way, I'm here for it.

That’s not exactly what he said. He said chance was going really fast but he was only worried about Tom.

Deegan is a great rider but does seem like a punk. After this weekend my guy is Chance. The interview with him after his win just seems like a really good kid that loves racing and is working his butt of to get to the top. 

When he talks like that it seems awkward and forced which is why I don't see the parallel between him and Hannah that some have mentioned. 

It was “ cute “ when Tom beat him for the 250 SX championship a month ago. 

Deegs has been told he's a "star" and that everyone loves him since the day he got on a bike. It's no surprise that he acts like an entitled little shit frequently because, well he is. That said, he's fast as hell so he can at least back it up. will be interesting to see how he responds the first time someone punts him into the cheap seats.
