Christian Craig's Future?

Christian Craig had a standout performance in the 2022 250SX West class and after two-years on Rockstar Husky 450, has yet to make a name for himself outside of a gnarly elbow injury.

What's the latest on #28? Will Rockstar Husky re-sign him? Is he hanging up the boots?

What do we know and what do you think will happen to him the remainder of the '24 season and looking into the future?

IIRC David Vuillemin said Fernandis may or may not be taking CCs husky ride.

I can’t see another factory team picking him up.

not a bad time to hang up the boots, his kid is about that age they can start focusing on getting him to the races.

His full time 450 venture hasn't been good. Most of us knew he'd never go thru whoops on that Husky like he did on Yamaha. And that proved to be true. But he hasn't looked as smooth on the Husky. Just a real bummer. And shows just how vicious the 450 class is. AC should've won a few "gift" races by now. But it just hasn't happened and he's likely retiring after this year. If not for Plessinger's breakout first half of the season, I'd say he was headed for the same boat. But he's gotten a LOT better this season. Craig might be out after his return in motocross and end of the season, or until Ducati signs him. Who knows.

Vet races. Two stroke championships this fall. Maybe a Mx manager.

Speaking of Plessinger, that spot is open for next year. Does he keep it?

Maybe Jeff Majkrzak will invest in the FC/Phoenix team, or his brother will get him back in at Star? Got to find some platform from which to produce content.

With the way he’s riding, and his popularity, absolutely

RJ is already signed through 2025 with Husky. He could take Christian's spot.

I think RJ stays in the 250 class for '25.  In '26 there should be more factory rides in the 450 class.

I knew that he may never have the same sort of whoop speed again, but I would have never expected him to almost not look human at some points before, or at the beginning of the season. He looked sick, I think that is because he is on Aldon's program,

Nothing against Husqvarna, but he needs to get back on a Yamaha.  Mookie too.

Craig and DF14 can switch teams next year. Craig rocked on A factory connection Honda.

Really played into the victim card with that one.
