Brandon Hartranft injury update?

I thought of Brandon Hartranft just now and was wondering if anyone had an update. I checked instagram and no post since the one made to announce the injury.

I think you're looking at his "pinned" post. Scroll down to second row and check post dates. Seems to be doing well all things considered.

Oh sure enough. It does look like he is doing well. That’s great news.

He looks well on the way to recovery. I hope we see him on a bike again.

Glad to see he’s healthy and doing well!!

I checked out his new training program. I thought “what the heck! I could use some tips and trick to get healthier, ride better, and support a guy rebuilding his career after injury.”  But god damn!  Anywhere from $300-$1000 per month for the program!

This is the first I’ve ever looked into this type of riding/fitness type program. Is this the going rate for these types of things?  I thought their “weekend warrior” package sounded pretty good till I saw it was $500 a month.

To me its excessive, especially in 23' where so much great information fitness wise is available for free.

Couldn’t imagine coming out of pocket $500/mo. for fitness and nutritional guidance that you could find all over the internet for free, and for a “weekend warrior” at that… You could do your own research, put together your own plan, practice some self-discipline and buy yourself a new RMZ at the end of the year with the $6,000 you saved.

So is Brandon retired now? I wouldn't blame him after that kind of injury. Really puts life in perspective for you when you get that hurt. Pro racing may not be worth the risk anymore

You are correct there is alot of information out there.  But sometimes you need someone to connect the dots for you and put it all together.  And some people need to pay for things to keep themselves accountable.  just some thoughts on the matter of having a training coach/ personal trainer/ dietitian.
