Well, per usual, Arenacross never fails us when it comes to action and drama. On a night when the majority of the field was filled by Supercross racers looking to make some coin with the Oakland round of the Monster Energy Supercross series postponed, tensions were high! While there was action in almost every race of the evening, the incidents (yes, there was more than one) between Cade Clason and Gared Steinke garnished the most attention. Including a fight! Scroll below for all we've found about the incident so far.

The first incident was the start of a heat race that Cade Clason and Gared Steinke were in. Steinke is the rider who goes down in this one.

In the second incident, Steinke goes for the payback and punts Clason. Mind you, Steinke waited for Cade and was going a lap down...

Watching the first video Im curious about the AMAs rules on one thing… the white chalk line just inside of the outer berm in this video. Is a rider on the inside line on a turn in the “right” to “intentionally” cross through the outer white line (track boundary) at the apex of the turn in the white border? Obviously the intension is to block pass, but can you legally go all the frigen way beyond the chalk boundary to execute an intentional “block pass” at the apex of a turn? If so, and you can legally block pass outside the designated boundary like that, then Id say that makes for pretty aggressive rules. Not to excuse his decision next lap but I can see why stank was emotional enough to retaliate in the moment. But I still have to say it’s cool he did it on a 2 stroke… Laughing

I was at the race. The only way Steinke was going to beat Cade, was with his fist! Cade was looking really smooth and fast!!!
Steinke was completely in the wrong for taking Cade out while getting lapped. And even more for his actions in the pits. He should have just dusted himself off and get ready to try and get in the main in the next race.
                 And yes I know Cade did not get “beat” by Gared. He didn’t have a mark on his face in the post race interview. Which is a little odd I think.

Yeah that was on Stank Cade had the inside.  What's he supposed to do just let you go around?  Stank has to back out there.  2nd one is just Stank being a douche.

Steinke got beat and did not have the line, he got ran a bit high.  Far from a takeout.  Any rider that is a lap down and goes for revenge should receive a ban.  That is not motocross.  The first clip was motocross.  Stank should be embarassed and penalized.  No room in motocross for intentional carnage.  The only person that takes money off of his plate is himself.  He got beat off the start straight up.
