Does anyone know what bikes come stock with 1.6 or higher radiator cap? I know the KTM's come with 1.8. Will an OEM radiator cap from a 2018 KTM 450sxf fit on 2017 CRF450? I don't have any issues with the 1.1 cap at the track but in the desert I always boil over. I know there are aftermarket caps but I want something that looks stock.

Yeah figured KTM cap wouldn't fit. Went with a CV4 1.6 cap off of eBay.

Guess I'll get the OEM Kawi one next time though, thanks!

The CV4 just has a sticker on the top of the cap, so just pull it off and it will look like stock.

Actually .... When I went to put on a 2.0 std KTM cap on my 2015 Factory Edition it did not fit and 2016 KTM & Husqvarnas changed to the same sized radiator cap as Japanese caps on the radiators that 45 degree bolt on from the front.

Good info thanks everyone. I knew something looked different on KTM radiators 2016 and up. The 1.6 cap I ordered on eBay won't be here until Tuesday and I am heading back to the desert this weekend so maybe I'll pick up an OEM cap off of an SXF 450 and put the other cap I ordered on my 2015 CRF. The OEM KTM cap is only $24
