Man i hate losers like you two. Its easy to talk trash about guys like Weimer who has been injured a lot and still are working hard to save their careers. 526: When Jake said that he meant that he wanted to stay on Kawi because hi knows that bike. Of course loser like you wants to twist it like that and talk bullshit on the internet.

This is the Jake i know:

You know its funny you say that. I actually spoke with Jake at High Point in 2012 after the last 450 moto, nice as could be and very humble. Do I dislike him, no, I simply stated he won't do better than 15th at the opening round. And after listening to his recent interviews on DMXS and pulp, its no wonder he struggled to find a ride. While he may be fast, part of the gig is public relations, and he did a piss poor job or representing himself on both shows. As Matthes put it, he'll make a great fill in rider.

Eh I'll just take my ball and go back to the two stroke thread!

What exactly do you two-stroke blowhards add to this sport other than negative comments? These kids all had a dream at one time to race at the highest level in front of thousands of fans and they're doing it. More than most will ever be able to say. I'd also guess you'll see Weimar in the top ten more than a few times next year.

I wish they'd create a two-stroke only section here or enforce that you guys post in old school moto where you belong, so us real fans won't be required to read your nostalgic, life was better when we had to walk up hill in the snow both ways to school stories. Racing is just as fun as it was for people that dont live a miserable life wanting things to stay the same way they were in the 60's, 70's and 80's.

It's funny when racers have the ignorance to bash another that is actually making a career as a professional racer, LOL! Not everybody has to be a contender to find success in it as a career, and despite what anyone might consider to be poor results, it's still an accomplishment. How about credit to anyone that can secure a ride, some sponsors and some opportunity to live their dream of actually being a Pro racer on the circuit! It doesn't matter who's in 5th or 15th, it takes all kinds, and if it's not them, it'll be someone else. As far as Weimer goes, he's a nice guy, and on any given night, has the potential to be as fast as anybody,...whatever holds him back, is something he has to work through , and while he may not have produced up to expectations, I would say that he scrutinizes himself as much as anybody, if not more,...at least he's still out there lining up.
Well said sir!

Dear 2-Stroke Taliban,

One of your guys just shit all over your cause. How's that? Well, he's shown that there are too many Negative-Ass-Holes amongst you. So, when you provide a video of said ass-hole getting totally Roosted by Jake in his New Seven Gear (preferably the SeaHawks stuff shown)....when I see that video I will rejoin your cause and take up arms against the oppressors.

Its pretty good, I bought a set at the start of year. Its probably more performance base compared to durability. By April it was time to hang it up, it had holes in the jersey and pants, In saying that i did take numerous dirt samples and rode with it 2-3 times a week.

I run Alias gear now, probably not as comfortable but i don't mind it for the price.

Good for Weimer. I'm hoping the lower stress of a non-factory team may help him in 2015.
Is this a video of Jake training? Its a bit small to make out on my iphone screen. Would that crash be a bike set up problem or rider error? Thanks for posting NV825.

Seth,

Read the posts that started this thread off and notice the names & avi's that seem to have that Negative-come-Ignorant-Ass-Hole feel...

Those of us from the realm of The Green 500 know of what we speak.

While we're here...

Merry Christmas to all.

So after seeing a ratio rite and reading my screename, you somehow linked that to my hatred for a JW12 because I like two strokes? Amazing! Simply amazing. You've just been promoted to Detective TeamGreen.

Oh, let's not hesitate to look at your shitty-lame post. Ok?

And, to be really clear: I'm not alone in noticing the Ubber-Bitchy-Butt-Hurt-Self-Imposed-Victim status of many of you 2-Stroke-types.

But, hey, I ain't mad at'cha. I got nothin' but love for ya.

Yeah Davis they did team up I believe on making the gear. But from what I hear it's pretty different. They each use their own specs , materials and designs. When looking at the Seven gear and TLD gear......they don't really look anything a like. But yes.....I think Seven has their own little branch of clothing being made in the TLD shops.

Yes he's had bad luck with crashes and what not, but a 2 seasons ago he had 5 podiums. It's not like he's never had the speed. Not to bash alessi, I enjoy watching him, but mike alessi has had 1 podium in 7 years on the 450 and no ones calling for his head.

Hey now, I think I'm one of the few that usually has a pretty positive attitude around here. Plus I honestly choose not to participate in most heated two stroke threads, I love them to death but I'd rather ride them then argue about them.
