It was pretty good, portrayed as dangerous but not pushed too far. They acted like it happened a few months ago.

Okay, MA's entry segment just fascinates the crap out of me. Stuff that the people who normally watch such shows would not get, but for us Vitafiles, really raises my eyebrows.

They talk about the crash like as if he was he is no longer on this earth, then SURPRISE!- and here he is now! And he rides up on what sounds like a 2 stroke. So the show pays to transport a bike to the studio for this entrance- 1.6 seconds of illegal riding up the street, and the bike is a pinger? Is it even Mike's bike or did they get one of the local wheelie boys to let them put a 800 front number plate on a loaner?

Gotta love Mike's TP-esque thumbs up and the fact they let the outside microphone with the idling smoker ring through the studio all the way up to when Katie starts talking.

Then Mike's podium speech- "I'd like the thank the AMA and the Astriss (sic) medical crew for....being there for me" It's like he caught himself mid-sentence. I'm surprised that part made it through the edit.

And one more side note- was he really riding in three weeks with two broken scapulas? What?

He did a great job with the end of the segment and the comment about high school football.

It wasn't nearly as bad of a hack job as I was expecting Couric to deliver.

I just need to know all the details about that bike. Where's Jeff?
