When someone leaves this life, you have to ask, Did they live on their own terms, chase their own dreams, live up to their own creed? In Steve's case, the answer is obvious. You bet he did. His was a life well-lived.

Godspeed, Teefus. We will miss you.
X2 and made our little moto world a better place.

Believe it or not, I was the camera man for that interview. It was shot with Steve's iPhone (Hi-tech NASA stuff!!) and I noticed the TFS sticker on the camera and moved so I could get that in the shot. Bruhn got a huge kick out of that move. That was our next to last trip together, We went to Little Rock the weekend after. I am going to miss him a lot.

So everyone knows, Steve passed away quietly and peacefully. Totally unlike how he lived LOL.

See ya Pal.

Steve, Rest in Peace......I always enjoyed reading his verbal battles in the forums and his eye for taking great pictures.

RIP Steve. I'm saddened by his passing....even more so that more people only knew him from his postings. Everything you ever read from him.....he was laughing before he hit submit. Great guy

Oh, no. No. Crap. I was so hoping he would bounce back.

To be honest, Steve and I did not get along as a few of you know. Not sure why. Sure there was plenty of blame on all sides. But that doesn't matter a bit. Regardless of our personal differences, I've always felt Steve provided a service to every motohead that God put him here (gotcha, Teef, LOL) to do and I never begrudged him on that count. Everyone of you in this sport has benefited positively from Steve Bruhn's efforts, pissing contests be damned.

I will miss him terribly and my prayers (zing, again) go out to his family and friends. They're my friends, too, and are welcome anywhere I have the power to welcome them to.

I was always good with Teefus, I enjoyed his insight and pics of the sport I love. R.I.P. to the true Factory Spectator. Dude didn't know me but took time to show me a few pics he shot that day at the Vegas SX many years ago.
