AG Motorsports Team Statement – Al Albiker, Team Manager wrote: Kyle (Peters) went home for the Easter weekend break. During this time, he went riding on his 450 and unfortunately he had a crash that will keep him from competing in the remaining East Coast rounds of Supercross. Kyle is doing fine and has no broken bones. He will begin training as soon as he can to prepare for the first round of the Lucas Oil AMA Nationals at Hangtown May 18th.

Well that sucks! He'll have some great finishes in the outdoors though I think. He was really starting to come on strong in SX. Get well soon Kyle.

Weird. No broken bones so it must be a ligament. This sucks. Hope he heals up soon.

Come on, this is lame.

Whats the injury that will keep him off the bike for a month Al Albiker? Concussion?....uhhh, sprained ankle?....uhhhh exhaust pipe burn?

Did someone hi-jack Kyles Facecrap page? They need to inform Al of Kyles podium intent if-so.

You can't help but wonder if his "camp" is trying to cash in on his podium finish and current standings in the 250E class. His next race following his career best podium was less than stellar, and now he's out from a "practice get off on a 450 during easter" so who knows? Not knocking Peters, but this sport and the people within are constantly trying to work anything and everything to it's fullest potential. "Lets bow out while we're on top" and see if we can secure something better for the next run (outdoors) or whatever. Again, not knocking Peters, the kid has potential and did not deserve the one and done he was handed from his previous team, but "scenarios" like this are more common these days.

I doubt anything like that is going on. Kyle has done well all season and he doesnt need a big ride that bad because his dad can spend as much money as needed for him to have what ever he needs.
