From Hannah's twitter. Ryan has a broken jaw that is wired shut, 3 fractures in his neck and lost a few teeth.

I've broke my back before and if I was to have to choose I certainly wouldn't want either, but would think a wired jaw and halo would be much worse to deal with.

Man after watching the crash I couldn't believe how bad Morais hit the ground. The amount of force straight down. It was really hard to watch. That was one of the most brutal crashes I have seen. I hope they both get a full recovery. Really sucks.

Im a big Morais fan ever since he rode for Mitch at PC. So bummed for him and Canard. Get well soon and hopefully the outdoors are a possibility. Thanks to Hannah Morais for the updates.

Shirley just told me that they are going to wait on jaw surgery until the swelling hoes down. He broke t-1 and all the cervical bones in his neck. He's lucky to be alive let alone walking. Keep the prayers coming! Thanks"

A few years back I broke my jaw and had a pretty major concussion and that sucked. I couldn't imagine having a broken neck on top of all that.

Don't know exactly what Tuff Blocks are made of, but why do they have to have covers anyway?
Paint the sponsor stuff right on the foam or whatever.
