I ran the short JS7 track for about an hour last night trying to get in the top 200, which is around 1:29. I hit a 1:34 i think with a couple big mistakes. A 1:29 should be easy if you hit it right. I know you have to not let off in the first turn, then skim the whoops like a mad man. I can't get that part down though. Any tips for getting through the first turn in blabber lips mode? That's what i call it the screen goes funny. Trying to set fast laps has always been fun for me, since the days of X-times in MXM. If you don't remember X-times you ain't a Bro or Core dude.

My fastest around Quarry Basin is a 1:23:20 and that was with two Reflex arrows so shaving another second off shouldn't be a problem. The Stewart South Track is really bugging me, my fastest time around there is a 1:29:96, and most of my friends are around a 1:27.50, with one even being at 1:25.11. But, I can't get my lap time down, anyone got any tips on lines, jumps etc. for the South Track?

On the Stewart compound what line do you take in the back corner by the S gates? It's before the big booter jump, and whatever line I take my front end digs and I end almost off the track.
My Stewart south track is only 1:33
Main track 2:37

I wish someone would post a video of a 1:27 lap, I just want to see what I need to do to get there.

Are those Xbox?

Crazy fast lap times - how the hell do you do it? I'm on PS3 and can completely rail Onsenki Park and am not even close to that.

I wonder if anyone has raced on both systems and if there is any difference in lap times?

Nobody has ever answered this question and it was raised during the Reflex era. I have watched youtube vids and most of the fast laps are on the xbox. It seems like the bikes ride smoother.

Who knows?

ive lost track of what times of mine are real or glitched. cant believe they cant figure out the leaderboard system. this game is so behind. i expect this kind of fail years ago. not in todays gaming. it should be well figured out.

I ran a 1:23 on Quarry Basin but it didn't save my lap time? I did it online and waited till the race was over and we were in the voting lobby to leave, but it still didn't save.

I think you have to wait until your on the next race loading area to leave, at least that's what I always do and never have any problems

That's the weird thing though. When you looked at the stats for the race, my lap time was there and logged. I shouldn't have had to wait past that, but apparently not. Lame.
