I'd assume one person owns all the property these tracks are on? What kind of money due teams pay to rent the land & is the owner responsible for putting up fences or installing the watering system?

And then of course the Kawasaki test track directly across Interstate 15 from there, though the new concrete barrier affixed next to it makes the track easy to miss.
