This wheel set is complete with Rim, Hub and Carrier. This is a completely assembled unit with your choice of colors.

Excel Wheelsets are universal so a specific Carrier Ring will be needed in order to mount the wheelset to your bike.

  grate product. might be helpfull if a price was given, and where and who dose the complete wheelset, i cant find one anywhere.
