Durability comes in the form of the waterproof and breathable nylon shell with ballistic nylon in the knees to ensure the X-Scape pants hold up to the elements. The shape of the X-Scape pants feature articulated knees that keep mobility to a maximum while also receiving a layer of heavy-duty Oxford nylon. MSR added dual zippered cargo style pockets in the addition of dual hip pockets to the X-Scape pants that give you a place to store small accessories for your ride. A ratchet style waist closure offers the ability to fine tune the fit to your needs. MSR constructed the X-Scape pants for serious all weather riding and incorporated hook and loop closure on the cuffs to keep out the elements.
