Grip donuts! I used to see them on the rich kids bmx bike
when I was in the 7th grade but now that I run them, My hands are are nice and tender for my girl after motos! -

perfect. Stops blisters on your inner thumb. Takes about 2 laps to adjust to them and after that they work wonderfully.

I have run grip donuts the last 2 years. No more blisters on the thumbs!
