    How did Tonus earn number 4 in this series? Wasn't he racing the US series just last year and therefore he wouldn't have earned any points in MXGP last year?

    I think you can just pick a single digit number if you want to. Those single digit numbers are not so popular in the GPs. Cairoli 222, Herlings 84, Gajser 243, Febvre 461. Same with European riders who race in the US: Roczen 94, Musquin 25.
