Now now it's not like they knew that Dungey would be chasing Marvin. It seems to be a shock to a lot of people that he done that. Lemay done the same thing for Jace Owen in arena cross and they was saying how that was a great teammate and how that was an unselfish, and smart move for team Honda!! That's what being on a team is all about when it's down to the nitty gritty and your teammate is on your heels, an unselfish person that's your teammate will do what needs to be done without team orders that's what being on a team is all about. Especially when Marvin has no shot at the championship and Dungey does!!! If it was flip flopped Grant would have done the same thing for Tomac. That shows how you will do anything for your team and that's is respectable. That's why he's on a team guys. Not a surprise at all, they was no reason for Marvin to potentially screw his teammate and KTM out of a championship. Ya ll have to agree that was the right and smart thing to do wether you like team KTM or not!! What you saw was the pressure getting to be heavy for Tomac and a choke occurred and I kind of felt bad for him cause he just possibly threw the championship away. He looked like the Tomac from the beginning of the season and he made such an amazing run and overtake the lead to possibly fall short. So you can't blame Marvin, Dungey or Roger! Tomac is only one to blame if you have to point a finger. I m just enjoying the spectacular season and respect all the riders for what they do cause it's amazing and a lot of fun to watch!!!

With out a doubt when Marvin was signing his extension with Pit there were things discussed that we can only assume.
One thing is for sure, KTM paid Marvin for the win...

Some beating around the bush, but basically an acceptable answer.

Team Orders are tough when talking Racing, but it happens & as long as Teams put more than one Racer under it's umbrella, it's part of the game. oh, GO Ryan, Marvin & TEAM KTM!!!!! ;-)
