Ouch...That's Mike Alessi's knee after two surgeries last year. We joked a bit with Mike about the threads in the Vital MX Forum where a few posters suggested that Mike pulled over for Antonio Cairoli last weekend. One thing that Mike mentioned was that with all the extra riding that he did over the weekend at Glen Helen (long practices, and the Saturday qualifier) that he was actually having trouble hanging onto the bars at the end of the moto on Sunday, and that his hands were torn up enough that he didn't ride this week.
